Join Norm Christiansen for a new updated fitness class meeting each Tuesday, 8-9 am this summer.YogaFitness includes group training, yoga postures, and floor Pilates with an emphasis on developing core strength through stretching, isometric body strengthening, and body-weight exercises. Class may also include the use of light weights, thera-ball, and light aerobic exercise. YogaFitness offers a full body workout in a fun and welcoming environment. Each participant is encouraged to work at their own pace and within their own range of fitness. Assistance and modifications are offered at every class.
